Shipping Policy

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. It takes 1-3 business days to process your order, except for pre-orders which have different processing times (refer to the product page for details). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking code.

Pre-orders allow you to reserve your favorite pieces before their official release. The items are not in stock but will be delivered according to the information provided on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately.

For non-EU countries, customs duties are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. It is advisable to inquire about local taxes and customs duties before placing an order. Orders to the United States with a value below $800 are exempt from customs duties.

Please carefully inspect the package upon delivery. If it appears tampered with or damaged, sign for the package with reservations or refuse it. In case of unauthorized signature or tampering, notify the courier's office and contact us immediately.

If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and request a new delivery. If the new delivery is not arranged, or if the customer refuses the package, shipping costs are not refunded. For non-EU countries, 20% of the order value will be deducted from the refund to cover import costs.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact our Customer Service within 24 hours with a picture of the item or defect.

To edit or cancel your order, contact our Customer Service within 6 hours of placing the order. Requests cannot be approved if the order is already being prepared for shipment.
