How do I identify my size?

How do I take care of my NAYADES swimsuit?

How we care for clothing accounts for 15% of its carbon footprint.

  • To give your swimwear the best care possible, it should never see the inside of a washing machine or dryer. Wash it by hand in cold water.
  • We recommend soaking your swimsuits first in a mix of cool water and natural, gentle soap for 5 to 10 minutes. This breaks down oils and creams on the fabric (think sunscreen) without agitation.
  • Once hand-washed, always dry your swimwear in the shade rather than in direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

While throwing your swimwear in the wash is not recommended, there are some situations that warrant a good cleaning, such as a heavy stain. If you must use the machine, grab a laundry bag that catches microfibers shed during the washing process, such as our Guppyfriend™ Washing Bag.

Shipping & Orders

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. International shipping costs and customs duties may apply and will be added at checkout. For non-EU countries, customs duties are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. It is advisable to inquire about local taxes and customs duties before placing an order. Orders to the United States with a value below $800 are exempt from customs duties.

How can I check the shipping status of my order?

Easily check the status of your order via three different methods:

  1. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, click the tracking number link in the email. A window should pop up that reveals the status of your shipment.
  2. Track your order via your shipping carrier’s website. Navigate to the appropriate carrier tracking page, and paste the tracking number you received via email into the query bar.
  3. Simply visit the NAYADES website, go to “My Orders” under your account, and then view the order in question. Shipping details will be available under each order.

When does my pre-order item ship?

Your pre-order item will ship once we have built our inventory to launch the product. Ship dates for pre-orders are indicated at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.

Returns

Can I return my product?

Yes, we accept returns. While we always strive our best to create designs you’ll love, we understand that things happen.

How do I return an item?

If you are not in love with your NAYADES purchase, you have 15 days from the time of order delivery to return your item(s). To initiate a return, please contact us by email with the subject line “REQUEST RETURN” and your order number.

For example, “REQUEST RETURN #45KW6”. In the email body, please indicate which portions of your order you would like to return. We will send follow-up instructions to coordinate a smooth and easy return.
